Moisture, dirt, and other environmental factors will cause the goods to eventually have lesser weight. One example is for onions, we blow dry them when taken out from the cold rooms with industrial fans to ensure longevity. This causes some skin to flake off and thus reduce the overall weight.

We exchange bad quality goods when we are notified within 24 hours of receiving. Walk-in customers will have to come back to our shop while customers with accounts with us can receive the exchange by delivery.

We deliver once payment has been made. Once and order has been made to us via WhatsApp, we will reply with an invoice. Please make payment via Paynow to receive your delivery in the next working day.

We offer free delivery for purchases above $100. Otherwise, it will be an additional $15. For smaller purchases, we advise the customer to come to our physical shop for walk-in sales. 

We deliver everyday, including public holidays, except for Sundays and except for when we are closed during the Lunar New Year.
